Strategic structuring of impact, governance, and dissemination—from proposal to delivery.

I support Horizon Europe consortia in the initial structuring of proposals and in the strategic coordination of WP6 during project implementation. My work includes proposal development where appropriate, always as part of a broader process of designing coherent programs, governance structures, and impact strategies that stand up to evaluation and real-world implementation.

I typically work at the intersection of content, coordination, and decision-making—helping consortia translate strong ideas into clear, credible, and well-structured programs.

Structuring the WP6 Logic: Impact, Dissemination, Exploitation, and Stakeholder Engagement

When I Am Most Useful

How I Work

I work as a senior, independent advisor. I do not replace content leads or coordinators, nor do I assume substantive ownership. My role is to structure the process, refine options, and ensure consistency—both during proposal development and project implementation.

When appropriate, I take responsibility for drafting and finalizing proposal text, always in close collaboration with partners and work package leads.

Experience

I have supported and coordinated WP6 activities in multiple Horizon Europe and Horizon 2020 projects, working with consortia that include research organizations, public authorities, industry, and network organizations.

Typical roles include:

• WP6 lead
• Strategic WP6 support
• Proposal structuring & coordination
• Program-level governance and process support

(Selected projects are available upon request or in the case studies section.)
