Strategic structuring of impact, governance and dissemination — from proposal to delivery.

I support Horizon Europe consortia in the early structuring of proposals and in the strategic coordination of WP6 during project implementation. My work includes proposal development where appropriate, always embedded in a broader process of designing coherent programmes, governance structures and impact strategies that stand up to evaluation and real-world implementation.

I typically work at the interface between content, coordination and decision-making — helping consortia translate strong ideas into clear, credible and well-structured programmes.

What I support as WP6 lead or senior advisor

Structuring WP6 logic: impact, dissemination, exploitation and stakeholder engagement

When I am most useful

How I work

I operate as a senior, independent advisor. I do not replace content leads or coordinators, and I do not take over substantive ownership. My contribution lies in structuring the process, sharpening choices and safeguarding coherence — both in proposal development and during project implementation.

Where appropriate, I take responsibility for drafting and consolidating proposal text, always in close interaction with partners and work package leads.

Experience

I have supported and coordinated WP6 activities in multiple Horizon Europe and Horizon 2020 projects, working with consortia that span research organisations, public authorities, industry and network organisations.

Typical roles include:

• WP6 lead
• Strategic WP6 support
• Proposal structuring & coordination
• Programme-level governance and process support

(Selected projects available on request or via the case section.)
